·                       This Federal and Privately funded project will complete 775 miles of new fiber from Reno, NV to Las Vegas, NV utilizing attachment agreements with current incumbent Power Agencies as well as lease agreements of various infrastructure pathways. The project will provide high speed connectivity to All NHA associated hospitals as well as Emergency response facilities.  I am tasked to research, identify and acquire all private utility easements required as well as OSP Design assistance as needed.

·                       Execute initial project introduction interview with private property owner, resolve any potential issues, and Represent the project with Professional Integrity.

·                       Research APN, DEED, PLATS, Legal descriptions, Easements and provide acceptable compromise between Optica Networks and property owner to acquire signatures.

·                       Serve as liaison during project completion and resolve any conflicts.

·   Effectively manage 20 OSP/ISP Engineers for the delivery Of AT&T business requirements.

·   My team consists of: Fielders, Drafters, Right of Way acquisition, Feasibility, as well as OSP/ISP Engineers.

·   Contract requires 100% timeliness and 92% Quality assurance scores, under aggressive AT&T business requirements, as well as frequent Engineering changes and quality reviews.

·   Provide AT&T and QC Data Inc. Management group with daily updates and bi-weekly conference calls coordinating the work flow process, invoicing submittal and payment, construction scheduling and completion estimates, redlines and Engineering revisions.

·   Conduct frequent training sessions, identify issues and utilize all available resources to ensure enforcement of AT&T policies and procedures are implemented in a timely fashion.

Wireman Foreman, DOE LOTO Tagging Authority / Project Planning and Coordination

·            Complete Design, Estimation and Work package planning of facilities to support movement of OST operations.  Design included: temporary power, distribution power equipment design, conduit structure design, cable sizing calculations, field equipment calculations and UPS, Generator and ATS sizing and procurement of all equipment and materials.  Effectively managed installation team with install under strict completion deadlines.

·            Design-build facilities to support Big Explosives Experimental facility set up and support of several events.  Design and installation utilized distribution power “skids” and Nuclear Grade 3 materials.

·            Completed install and as-built drawings in the construction of the “verb” facility to include all Safety Significant equipment.

·            Work package management to emphasis all current DOE/NNSA safety requirements.

·            Throughout my employment with Nstec and Bechtel Nevada at the site, there were many projects that design, coordination with Engineers and safety personnel was imperative in the completion of critical projects.

·            This was a design-build construction project to consist of Fire Alarm, Lightning Protection, Distribution Power, Temporary Power and Material Procurement.

·            Effectively worked with several local and state agencies to provide construction drawings to field personnel.

·            My efforts were focused on Fire Alarm design and distribution power for the towers. Perini Constructors worked under violation with approved construction drawings  not available which made it important to coordinate efforts to provide a quality design to Electrical Installation teams and keep project schedules.
